After July 1 any occupancy limits can only be set based on safety, health, and welfare and the following will no longer be required or available:  Occupancy Disclosure Form (both at time of sale and during lease signing)  Host Family Permits  Extra Occupancy Rental Regulations  The City is taking steps to remove code language and ordinances that address occupancy.  This includes language in both the Land Use Code and the Municipal Code.
