We'd love for you to join the Salza Team's Packing Party for Operation Xmas Child - 2024 We will provide the boxes, labels, note writing materials and everything we need to put the boxes together. You bring as many items as you can to fill the boxes. Together we'll make it a fun event for all ages to serve together! We expect our packing party to last about an hour or so. Afterwards we recommend going to enjoy the lights in Old Town! To stock up on stuffing items, the Salza family canvases clearance aisles at Walmart and Target in the weeks before and stop by the Dollar Store to stock up for stuffing items. Samaritan's Purse suggests having three main things in each box: 1) "wow" items like toys, dolls, balls, backpacks, sewing kits and tool kits for older kids, crafts... 2) school supplies like markers, pens, crayons, pencils and sharpeners, scissors, notebooks, glue sticks (no liquid glue or paints), calculators... 3) hygiene items like ...
